About

Alexander Bebis is a technical executive benefit consultant and one of the few individuals licensed as an Insurance Advisor — a license that authorizes him to provide independent, fee-based insurance analysis separate from product sales. This license reinforces the foundation of Arctis: advice first, products only when appropriate, and complete transparency in every engagement.

Alex specializes in the design, modeling, and governance of nonqualified executive benefit strategies for nonprofits and credit unions, including 457(f) plans, SERPs, Restricted Bonus structures (REBA’s), and advanced split-dollar arrangements (Loan, Endorsement & Switch). His work extends beyond plan design to include in-force policy evaluations, investment-prefunding analysis, and the creation of regulator-ready governance frameworks.

Owner / President

Drawing on years of technical experience, Alex brings an economics-driven perspective that is uncommon in an industry traditionally shaped by product incentives. He created Arctis to offer organizations a truly independent advisory partner — one that separates advice from implementation, discloses all compensation, and provides clear, defensible guidance to boards and executives.

Our Mission

Help organizations make informed, defensible decisions — free of bias, sales pressure, or hidden incentives.

When insurance execution is needed, Arctis Insurance Solutions operates as a separate brokerage, ensuring no cross-compensation with advisory services and maintaining the integrity of the Arctis model.

Alex lives in rural Massachusetts with his wife and three children and brings a long-term, stewardship-oriented perspective to his work with mission-driven institutions.
